This section of the Help is intended for users of Axiell Collections. There are five main sections:

If you are new to Collections, start here. You will find some guidance as you get under way with the application, and details about logging in and out.
- The User Interface
A description of all features of the Axiell Collections User interface from options in the Main menu, buttons in toolbars through to a description of different types of fields.
Amongst other things, you will find assistance with working in the User Interface (including how to customize Collections to suit your needs), and details about how to work with your records in each Display View.
- Working with data sources
Details about Collections data sources
, starting with a description of what they are, how they are organized and how you work with them. You will find details about the purpose of each data source, with a focus on Authority data sources (Persons and institutions and Thesaurus), which are used for managing terminology and control data entry.
- Working with records
Describes how to get your data into Collections and how to manipulate it in a wide range of useful ways from searching to reporting.
- Managing your collection
Guidance with record creation and with undertaking various collections management processes such as locations checking, managing exhibitions, insurance, valuations, deaccessions, etc.
