Topics in the Record creation section are a little different as they go beyond the brief of documenting the system; these topics have been written for users who are looking for guidance about what data to enter when documenting collection items or processes. This is only intended as guidance and it is important to keep in mind that your institution may document items and processes differently than described here; however, it is hoped that these examples will help you better understand Axiell Collections in the context of managing a collection and recording details.
