If this documentation does not answer your questions and you require assistance working with Axiell Collections, please contact Axiell Support.

Customers with a maintenance contract can visit the Axiell Customer Service Portal to report, view and update any issues they may have encountered in Axiell Collections. After login (the link is situated in the top right corner of the portal), the interface language of the portal can be changed.
